Research on How the ECI to Assist the Medium-Sized and Small Export-Oriented Enterprises Financing

摘要 : Along with the development of the foreign trade of China, the medium-sized and small export-oriented enterprises are becoming the fresh troops of the export-oriented economy with each passing day. But the financing difficulties and the high financing costs also restrict these enterprises’ sustainable development. How to effectively solve the financing plight has already become a wide spread attentive topic. The financing function of ECI(export credit insurance) can become an effective approach for these medium-sized and small enterprises to solve their financing difficulties. To fully recognize the ECI financing function combining with the characteristics of the medium-sized and small export oriented enterprises and to further refine the ECI system will surely assist the medium-sized and small enterprises to get out of dilemma and to expand a brand new path in the overseas market.
