Abstract Submissions

Abstracts can be submitted in English. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee. The Conference participants whose abstracts are accepted will be encouraged to contribute oral or poster presentations in English. Program Committee Secretary will inform the abstract submitter about the acceptance of submitted abstracts by e-mail. (Please contact Program Committee Secretary via email ccirm@sem.tsinghua.edu.cn if you have not received your e-mail notification by 30 April 2013). The abstract submitter is responsible for informing all co-authors about the status of the abstract.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

Full paper submissions are accepted in English or Chinese, but all full papers submitted must have a title, an abstract, keywords, all authors’ contact information (including full first given names, postal addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses), and references in English. All submitted full papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee. Accepted full paper of the Conference participants will be included in the proceedings of CICIRM 2013, which will be published by Tsinghua University Press and submitted for indexing by CPCI (ISTP). Program Committee Secretary will inform the full paper submitter about the acceptance of submitted full paper by e-mail. The full paper submitter is responsible for informing all co-authors about the status of the full paper.
